Our work methodology

Support tasks are managed using the Kanban methodology (task-based), while project work is carried out using a hybrid approach: Agile + project phases (analysis, implementation, deployment). This allows us to simultaneously handle incoming requests and move the project forward according to plan.

You send a request by email or via any messenger convenient for you, in which you describe your needs. If necessary, you can arrange a call with a specialist and discuss the details of the task

Estimation

We estimate the effort and timeframe required to complete the task and send it to you for approval. Urgent tasks that require a quick response can be started immediately, bypassing the estimation and approval process. Such tasks are billed based on the actual time spent.

Approval

We estimate the effort and timeframe required to complete the task and send this to you for approval. Urgent tasks that require an immediate response are started right away, bypassing the estimation and approval stage

Implementation

You approve the estimate, clarifying or adjusting certain aspects of the task if necessary. As per our agreement, in order to reduce the time and effort spent on estimating tasks, the Estimation and Approval stages may be omitted. Such tasks are billed based on the actual time spent.

Deployment

We implement the assigned task, including working with data, development, testing, or staff consulting. After completion, we document all the information about the work performed

Payment

If the work is carried out in task-based mode, a task is closed and becomes billable after its completion. The invoice is issued once at the beginning of the month and includes all tasks closed during the month. If the work is carried out in project mode, a project stage is closed and becomes billable after all tasks within that stage are completed. The invoice is issued after the stage is completed and includes all closed tasks of that stage.

Price list

Prices are listed in EURO per 1 hour of specialist work. The prices listed in this price list are net prices and do not include VAT. For clients within the European Union who have a valid VAT ID, the reverse charge mechanism applies. In all other cases, VAT will be added on top of the listed prices.
