This section describes the basic principles of our work under the service agreement for the development and support of information systems, i.e., it explains its main principles in plain language.
We work in two formats: Tasks — individual requests for task execution: implementation, development, refinement, bug fixing, data analysis, consultations, training, etc. Projects — large works with pre-agreed scope, deadlines, and costs, formalized through a supplementary agreement.
A task may include: - gathering and clarifying requirements; - data and business process analysis; - solution design; - preparation of specifications and other documents; - development and refinement of functionality; - testing; - implementation and configuration of the system; - preparation of text and video instructions; - demonstration of the solution and consultations; - bug fixing; - resource management and other necessary actions. All of this is considered part of the work on the task and is accounted for in time.
Task formulation approval We send you a letter with the task formulation. If within 2 working days you do not send comments, the formulation is considered approved. Approval of time and effort estimates We send you an estimate of time and deadlines for the task or project stage. If within 2 working days you do not send comments, the estimate is considered approved. Approval of work results After completing the task or project stage, we send a report/result. If within 5 working days you do not send reasoned comments, the result is considered accepted, and the task/stage is closed and subject to payment. The number of working days for approval and testing is suggested to increase the speed of task execution and can be reviewed individually.
A warranty of 1 year is provided for all completed work from the date of execution. The following is considered a warranty case: - Technical errors in the functionality; - The logic of execution does not meet the agreed terms. The following is not considered a warranty case: - New or changed requirements for an already completed task; - Interference by third parties in the results of the work, without agreement with us.
All legally significant documents: - UTD; - invoices; - contracts and supplementary agreements; - notifications, etc. are formalized and signed through an agreed electronic document management system (EDMS). Documents signed with a simple electronic signature in the EDMS are recognized as equivalent to paper documents with handwritten signatures.
If payment is not made for the invoice within the time specified in the contract/agreement, we have the right to suspend the performance of current work until payment is received. If payment is not received by the end of the next calendar month after the invoice is issued, we reserve the right to suspend support as a whole and transfer information about the delay to internal security services for legal measures to be taken.
Tasks are formulated in the form of written requests using: - e-mail; - phone; - messengers; other agreed communication channels. In the request, you describe your expectations regarding what needs to be done. If necessary, we clarify the requirements in writing.
To implement a project, it is necessary to conclude a standard contract, and additionally conclude a supplementary agreement for the project implementation, which separately specifies: - the specific scope of work and expected results; - pricing model (hourly, fixed cost, by stages, etc.); - deadlines and stages; - special acceptance conditions, if needed. For a specific project, the conditions of the supplementary agreement take precedence over the general terms of the contract.
If you justify the criticality of the task, i.e., without prompt intervention there is a risk of halting the company's operations, we will perform it out of turn. For promptness, the task is executed without prior detailed assessment and approval. The time spent on such tasks is accounted for based on the actual time spent and is paid according to the terms of the contract.
If we have conducted a detailed analysis of a complex task/potential project and prepared a solution with an implementation estimate, but: - the task/project has lost relevance at your initiative; - significant revision of requirements is needed on your part; - you need more than 5 working days for internal testing of the result for the task/stage; you will pay for the actual time spent on analysis and preparation of the solution
You can refuse to perform a task: - before its execution begins, however, if a detailed analysis and estimate have already been conducted for the task, you will pay for the actual time spent on it; - when changing parameters (scope, deadlines, cost), paying for the part of the work that has already been completed and can be used; You can unilaterally terminate cooperation, provided that: - all initiated tasks and project stages are paid; - all previously issued invoices are paid. In this case, termination of the contract is not required, as there are no obligations arising without the transfer of tasks.
Availability We are always in touch through convenient channels for you and speak in plain business language, without unnecessary technical jargon and formalism. Speed We respond quickly to requests, do not delay estimates and decisions, while not sacrificing quality and predictability of results. Immersion in processes We understand how your business actually works, document processes and roles, so that solutions work in practice, not just on paper. Real impact on business Any request is first evaluated through the lens of business impact, and only then we suggest how to solve the task. Acceptable price level Among official 1C partners, we maintain a price level below the market average, preserving expertise and team completeness.
