What exactly do we do

- Analyse business processes and existing accounting/operational systems (including 1C). - Design web applications to support day‑to‑day operations:  * order, project, request, repair and claims management;  * task tracking, shifts, resource load, work orders;  * internal service desks, help desks, ITSM solutions. - Configure role‑based workspaces: manager, supervisor, warehouse clerk, operator, executive. - Synchronise data with 1C (documents, directories, statuses). - Build reporting and dashboards for the KPIs of specific departments.
